Speaking of Japanese pears, they are characteristic with really juicy and crunchy in texture. A pear is a fruit that contains an abundant amount of nutrition, although 90% of the contents in a pear is made up of water. It’s wildly known that they contain a rich amount of ”aspartic acid”, which is helpful when recovering from exhaustion, especially in the summer months. They also contain ”potassium”, which helps to cleanse salt from the body.

The melon is the most famous and commonly talked about fruit from Ibaraki. It’s also the most produced fruit in Ibaraki. However the amount of Japanese pears produced is the second largest in Japan. Various types of pears are grown in many different parts of Ibaraki prefecture and they’re harvested from the beginning of August to the end of October each year.

ในบรรดาสาลี่หลากหลายสายพันธุ์ มีพันธุ์ “Keisui” เป็นพันธุ์ดั้งเดิมของจังหวัดอิบารากิ ที่ใช้เวลาในการพัฒนาจนเป็นที่มั่นใจในความสมบูรณ์ ตัวผลมีขนาดใหญ่ตามชื่อ มีน้ำหนักถึง 600 กรัมต่อลูก มีความพิเศษคือ มีเนื้อฉ่ำน้ำและความหวานที่โดดเด่น

Trong số đó, giống lê “Keisui” là một giống thuẩn của tỉnh Ibaraki, và là một sản phẩm tự tin mà tỉnh đã đầu tư thời gian phát triển và hoàn thiện. Đúng như tên gọi của nó, quả lê lớn, nặng hơn 600g, với đặc trưng là nhiều nước và vị ngọt dồi dào.

The harvest period starts at the beginning of September and takes about one month. The Keisui can be stored and refrigerated for about three months after harvest, allowing for a longer shelf life. Currently research is underway to expand the shelf life, allowing for the Keisui to be shipped domestically and internationally.

Trong tỉnh cũng có rất nhiều loại nho đa dạng và phong phú. “Shine Muscat”, which has become increasingly popular in recent years, is one variety that is large and green. This grape is seedless, has thin skin, and there is no bitterness. The most attractive part is that peeling the skin is not required before consumption.

“Shine Muscat” ซึ่งได้รับความนิยมมากขึ้นในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา เป็นองุ่นสีเขียวดูสวยสดชื่น ผลขนาดใหญ่ นอกจากนี้ก็ยังโดดเด่นเรื่อง เป็นองุ่นไร้เมล็ด เปลือกบางไม่ค่อยฝาดสามารถรับประทานได้ทั้งเปลือกอีกด้วย

“Shine Muscat” hay còn gọi là nho sữa là giống nho rất được yêu thích trong những năm gần đây. Đây là loại nho quả to, màu xanh lá cây đẹp. Điểm hấp dẫn của giống nho này là không có hạt, vỏ mỏng nên ăn cả vỏ cũng rất ngon.

Another recommendation is the Hitachi Seiryu, a regional limited variety that is grown only in Hitachiota city in northern Ibaraki. This large grape with a beautiful yellowish green color is said to be a mutant strain that was born in 1978 from a natural crossover of Kyoho. The seedlings were carefully cultivated from the trees and fruit and growth characteristics were investigated. This variety was registered as “Hitachi Seiryu” in March 2004, 26 years after their creation.

还推荐县北常陆太田市生产当地品牌“常陆青龙”。大颗大颗的葡萄呈现出美丽的黄绿色,是1978年从巨峰的自然杂交中诞生的品种。将基因突变的葡萄树精心培育,终于在诞生26年后的2004年3月作为“常陆青龙”被登记为新品种。

另一個特別推薦的品種 ,是常陸太田市所生產的「常陸青龍」。常陸青龍表皮呈現淡黃綠色且果實碩大,是1978年與巨峰葡萄在無意中自然雜交出來的變異種。經多年研究後,終於在2004年3月以「常陸青龍」這帥氣的名稱正式問世。

또 하나 추천드리는 포도는 현북에 위치한 히타치오타시에서만 생산되는 지역 한정 브랜드인 ‘히타치세이류’입니다. 영롱한 연두색에 알이 큰 히타치세이류는 1978년에 거봉 자연교배 과정 중 탄생한 돌연변이 품종입니다. 변이 묘목을 키워 생육 특성 조사 후 탄생으로부터 26년 후인 2004년 3월에 ‘히타치세이류’로 품종 등록되었습니다.

常陸青龍是改良自巨峰葡萄的白葡萄,果實大甜度高,且酸度澀度低。因是茨城縣獨創品種,所以產量有限,目前只有在茨城縣才能吃得到唷!

‘거봉’처럼 알이 크고 진한 단맛과 산미와 떫은맛은 적어 어른부터 어린이까지 모두에게 사랑받고 있는 포도입니다.

นอกจากองุ่น “เคียวโฮ” จะมีผลขนาดใหญ่และ รสชาติหวานอร่อยกลมกล่อมแล้ว ยังมีความเปรี้ยวฝาดเล็กน้อย จนเป็นที่ชื่นชอบสำหรับทุกเพศทุกวัยตั้งแต่เด็กจนถึงผู้ใหญ๋ ถึงแม้ว่าในปัจจุบันจะยังมีการผลิตในปริมาณน้อยและจำกัด แต่ก็มีแนวโน้มว่าจะมีเกษตรกรปลูกเพิ่มมากขึ้น และขยายแบรนด์การค้าและการจัดจำหน่ายให้เจริญเติบโตมากยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต

Ngoài kích thước lớn và vị ngọt đậm đà được di truyền từ giống nho “Kyoho”, loại nho này vị chua và chát rất ít, nên được người lớn và trẻ em ở mọi lứa tuổi yêu thích. Trước đây, sản lượng sản xuất nhỏ và nguồn phân phối hạn chế, nhưng những năm gần đây số lượng nông dân trồng trọt đã tăng lên, và việc mở rộng thương hiệu có lẽ tiến xa hơn nữa trong tương lai.

The Mutoh Tourism Farm in Hitachiota city, which has been cultivating grapes for 60 years over three generations, collects and sells this Hitachi Seiryu from the middle of July to the end of September. In addition, they produce about 15 varieties of grapes annually, such as “Kyoho” that is harvested at the same time as Hitachi Seiryu, “Shine Muscat”, “Violet King”, “Queen Nina” that are harvested in August, grapes are grown and sold year around.

“武藤观光农场”位于常陆太田市,一家三代持续60年专注于种植葡萄。每年7月中旬到9月下旬是“常陆青龙”的收获季节,除此之外,同时期还有“巨峰”、“香印青提葡萄”、“紫罗兰王”、“尼娜皇后”等等。该葡萄园每年都种植有15种左右的葡萄,经常能同时提供多个品种。

位於常陸太田市的「武藤觀光農園」,祖傳三代已經營六十年之久。每年七月中旬到九月下旬是常陸青龍、巨峰葡萄的採收期,其他還有麝香葡萄、Violet king、女皇葡萄Queen Nina等,一年約生產十五品種的葡萄,大家若是來玩,可以買不同品種的葡萄品嘗比較一下唷。

히타치오타시에서 60년에 걸쳐 3대째 포도 재배에 힘써온‘무토 관광농원’에서는 예년 7월 중순부터 9월 하순까지 ‘히타치세이류’를 수확하여 판매하고 있습니다. 그 외에도 같은 시기에 수확하는 ‘거봉’, ‘샤인머스캣’, ‘바이올렛킹’, ‘퀸니나’ 등 연간 15종의 포도를 생산하며 언제든지 여러 품종을 판매할 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.

Tại thành phố Hitachi Ota, trang trại Mutonoen, nơi trồng nho trong 60 năm qua ba thế hệ, thu hoạch và bán nho Hitachi Seiryu từ giữa tháng Bảy đến cuối tháng Chín. In Ibaraki Prefecture, there are many tourist farms where you can enjoy picking fruit, including the Hiyama Fruit Farm and Mutoh Tourist Farm mentioned above. The harvested pears are able to be peeled and sampled using a wooden knife prepared by the farm. The pears are able to be easily picked and peeled with a wooden knife because the skin is soft. As a side note, it seems that the pears with the same skin color are evenly exposed to the sun, allowing them to be more delicious.

茨城县内以“桧山果园”和“武藤观光农场”为首,有很多可以享受采摘水果乐趣的观光果园。 采摘梨的时候,可以在现场用农场准备的小刀削皮,品尝自己采摘的梨子呢。挑选的时候,要选择外皮均匀的梨子,这就证明了梨子有完全沐浴在阳光下,所以很好吃哦。

當然,茨城縣除了上述果園以外,還有許多果園可以體驗採果樂趣。 我們種植的梨子皆充分受到陽光沐浴,表皮顏色均勻,無須後續催熟就可以直接享用。請務必來茨城縣體驗摘採皮薄水分多的新鮮梨子。

이바라키현 내에는 ‘히야마 과수원’과 ‘무토 관광농원’을 시작하여 과일 따기 체험을 즐길 수 있는 관광농원이 가득합니다. 배 따기 체험은 수확한 배를 농원에서 준비한 칼을 사용하여 껍질을 깎아서 먹습니다. 껍질에 얼룩이 없는 배가 햇빛을 골고루 받아 맛있는 배입니다.

The beauty of grape picking lies in its beautiful environment. Countless bunches of grapes are hanging from green vines. The grapes are carefully wrapped to avoid damage from the rain. Only grapes that have already been covered by the producer are allowed to be picked.

另外當然還有葡萄也是秋季必採水果。葡萄園裡環境優美,且店家會細心的將葡萄串用紙袋包起避免損傷,大家可以在美景中摘採自己喜歡的葡萄。

그리고 포도 따기 체험의 매력은 아름다운 풍경을 즐길 수 있다는 점입니다. 초록색 잎에 둘러싸인 덩굴과 무수한 포도송이. 비에 젖어도 상하지 않도록 한 송이 한 송이 생산자가 정성껏 종이에 싼 포도를 체험할 수 있습니다.
